Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the European Union (EU28). Any shipments outside of these areas are not available at this time.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and method of delivery. Exceptionally, for technical and security reasons the cart is limited to one product.
For orders shipped within EU, excluding Spain:
Express Saver: within 2-4 business days from date of shipment
For orders shipped within Spain:
Standard: within 3-5 business days from date of shipment
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as shipping and processing times may vary.
Shipping costs are based on the item you purchase and delivery location and include shipping & return transport service, one pickup service.
To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, add your shipping address and shipping charges will be displayed.
Sales tax is charged according to Spanish VAT. Companies with a valid EU VAT might buy VAT free.
Returning your Sample to the Lab
Before preparing your sample for shipment, you will need to register your kit in our platform. Follow the kit instructions to register your kit.
Your kit include one pre-paid pickup service & transport for returning your sample to the lab.* After registering your kit, simply place the micro sampler cartridge containing your sample into the sealed bag and place the bag into the original kit package. Then place the kit package intro the Laboratory Pack and schedule the pickup service.
* Only one pickup service is included. Be sure that you are at the selected address at the pickup time or otherwise cancel to schedule a different pickup time and date.
You will receive an email as soon as we process and ship your order. The shipping notification email will include a tracking number that will allow you to track your package. You have to note that the tracking number can take up to 48 hours to become active.
